My First Art Show

On Saturday November 9th, I was part of a collection of artists in a show called, The Best Little Show in Burbank, which was hosted by  Eleu Salon in Burbank located at 1725 West Burbank Blvd, Burbank, California.
I had 8 pieces in there, 4 Scotties and 4 Westies, lots of my friends and colleagues showed up to make it a great show. There were many artists who also showed. The show is up for about two months, so please stop by and get some original art-great for the holidays!

Make Art That Sells Bootcamp Assignment Sketches

I signed up for Lilla Rogers Studios MATS bootcamp that started on Feb 3rd, it's amazing to be part of such a great group of talented artists. As many of you know I have worked professionally as an artist for 18 years, but only have been doing my own art for about 8, because I was always working a million hours at the animation studios-which was great by the way, but I just never had time to do my own work. In the last two years I have really been focusing on my own stuff, but I never even thought about making art that sells. Well since I met Lilla via FB, I got connected with a licensing rep and landed two licensing deals for my pets, now I see a whole world of possibilities for my work.
